Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

SpeakIn AI ("we", "our", "us") operates the SpeakIn AI mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

a) Account Information: • Email address (for account creation, login, and recovery) • Gender (used for matching preferences) b) Device Information: • A device identifier used to manage per-device account limits c) Usage Data: • Feature usage counters (e.g. practice time, sessions used) stored locally on your device with a server-side backup to protect your progress • Subscription status (whether you have active premium access) • Learning preferences and progress d) Communication Data: • Text chat messages are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to or stored on our servers. • Voice calls are transmitted directly between devices using end-to-end encrypted connections. We do not record, store, or have access to voice call audio. • Text you send during AI conversations is transmitted to AI service providers to generate responses. No personally identifiable information is included. e) Matching Data: • When searching for a partner, your preferences are temporarily stored and automatically deleted when a match is found or the search is cancelled. f) Moderation Data: • Content policy violation counts, used solely to enforce community safety. g) Subscription & Payment Information: • All payment and subscription processing is handled by Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment details, billing address, or financial information. • We only receive confirmation of your subscription status from Google Play.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for: • Account creation and authentication • Matching you with other users for anonymous English practice • Managing usage limits and verifying subscription status • Content moderation and community safety • Providing AI-powered conversation and learning features • Tracking your learning progress (stored locally) • Improving the App We do NOT use your information for: • Advertising or ad targeting (the App contains no ads) • Profiling or behavioral tracking • Selling or renting to third parties • Marketing communications

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area: • Consent: provided when you create an account and agree to this policy • Contract Performance: to provide the services you requested • Legitimate Interests: to enforce community guidelines and prevent abuse • Legal Obligation: to comply with applicable laws

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information for marketing purposes. We share data only in these limited circumstances: a) Cloud Infrastructure (Google LLC): • Account management, data storage, and authentication services • Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy b) Google Play Billing (Google LLC): • Subscription and payment processing. We receive only your subscription status, not payment details. • Google Play terms: https://play.google.com/about/play-terms c) Google Sign-In (Google LLC): • If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your email address. We never receive your Google password. d) AI Service Providers: • Conversation text (without any personal information) is sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses. e) Communication Infrastructure: • Signaling and relay services are used to establish voice call connections. • All voice data is end-to-end encrypted. f) Anonymous User Communication: • Your real name is never shared with other users. • All user-to-user communication is fully anonymous. g) Legal Requirements: • We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others. We do not integrate any advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or crash reporting SDKs.

6. Data Storage and Security

• Server-side data is protected with industry-standard security, encryption at rest, and strict access controls. • All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). • Voice calls are end-to-end encrypted. We do not record or store voice audio. • Chat messages are stored only on your device. • Server-side security rules ensure users can only access their own data. While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Anonymous Communication

• All user-to-user chats and calls are fully anonymous. • No real names, phone numbers, email addresses, or contact details are shared between users. • Our automated moderation system blocks the sharing of personal contact information. • Users who repeatedly attempt to share personal information may be restricted.

8. Content Moderation & User Safety

This App uses a fully automated moderation system to ensure a safe environment: a) Automated Text Moderation: • All text messages are scanned in real time for inappropriate language, threats, and offensive content. • Sharing of personal contact information (phone numbers, social media handles, URLs) is automatically detected and blocked. • Leetspeak and obfuscation attempts are detected. b) Automated Voice Moderation: • Voice calls are monitored in real time using speech-to-text technology to detect inappropriate language. • Detected violations result in immediate disconnection. c) Strike & Auto-Block System: • Each violation adds a strike to the user's account. • After 2 strikes, the user is permanently blocked from that feature (chat or calls). • Strike counts are stored securely on our servers and cannot be cleared by the user. d) No Image or Video Sharing: • The App does not support sending or receiving images, videos, or any media files between users. • There is no camera access or screen sharing functionality.

9. Purpose & Intended Use

• This App is designed solely for English language learning and practice. • It is NOT intended for dating, sexual relationships, or romantic purposes. • The App does not share your physical location with other users. • All user interactions are anonymous and text/voice only — no photos, videos, or profile pictures are shared.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will immediately delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it. Users between 13 and 18 should use the App only with parental or guardian consent.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have the following rights: • Access: View your account information within the App. • Correction: Update your preferences. • Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data from Settings > Delete Account. • Data Portability: Request a copy of your data by contacting us. • Restriction/Objection: Request limits on or object to data processing. • Withdraw Consent: Stop using the App and delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently and immediately deleted, including your account credentials, profile, moderation records, match records, and all local data on your device. 12. Data Retention

• Active accounts: Data is retained while your account is active. • Deleted accounts: All personal data is permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion. • Matching data: Temporarily stored and auto-deleted after use. • Local data: Remains on your device until you clear app data or delete your account.

13. Permissions

The App requests the following permissions: • Microphone: For voice calls and AI voice conversations. Audio is not recorded by us. • Internet / Network State: For all online features. • Bluetooth / Audio Settings: For audio routing during voice calls. • Wake Lock: To keep voice calls active. • Foreground Service: To allow voice calls to continue in the background. We do NOT access your camera, location, contacts, SMS, call logs, or storage beyond the App's own private directory.

14. AI-Generated Content

• The App uses AI to generate conversational responses, feedback, and vocabulary content. • AI content is for educational purposes only and may not always be accurate. • Conversation text sent to AI providers does not include your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.

15. AI Service Providers

To power the AI conversation features, we use trusted third-party AI service providers. These providers receive only the conversation text you type — no personal information such as your name, email, or device details is ever included. All communication with these providers is encrypted and processed securely. A complete list of our current AI service providers is available upon request at support@aibramha.in.

16. Data Processing & Security Standards

Your data is protected using industry-standard security measures: • All server communication is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. • Voice calls are end-to-end encrypted — only you and your partner can hear them. • Your personal data is accessible only to you through strict server-side security rules. • Data may be processed on secure cloud servers to provide App services. We use only reputable, globally certified cloud providers that comply with international data protection standards. We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

17. Your Privacy Rights

Regardless of where you live, you have the following rights: • Access your personal data within the App. • Correct your preferences at any time. • Delete your account and all data permanently from Settings > Delete Account. • Request a copy of your data by contacting us. We do NOT sell your personal information to anyone. We do NOT use your data for targeted advertising. We do NOT track you across other apps or websites. 18. No Tracking or Ads

• This App contains NO advertisements. • We do NOT use analytics, tracking, or crash reporting tools. • We do NOT use cookies or tracking pixels. • Your activity is never shared with advertisers or data brokers.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
